Since our products will be printed based on each order, we will ONLY replace or reprint an item if it has been damaged during the delivery or printed incorrectly. You will only need to send us a photo of the item received showing the evidence of the damage or error and we will replace it.
Due to our commitment of reducing waste, we are unable to offer an exchange or refund due to change of mind. This includes:
- Customer order incorrect product colour
- Customer order incorrect size
- Customer order incorrect design
By using Australia Post, we can offer the widest delivery coverage in Australia. This includes all PO Box and Parcel Lockers locations for a flat rate fee of $10
Free standard shipping on all orders over $100.
Due to COVID restrictions, production and shipping is 8-14 business days. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
You must send an email to info@eleye.com.au within an hour of having placed your order, specifying the changes. We will respond to your email confirming or rejecting the changes.

After payment you will receive a confirmation email with a receipt of your purchase
From the time we confirm via email the return process 5 to 8 business days.
